Welcome to BaddieHour. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of after6ix.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

BaddieHour is an online advertising and information platform for independent adult companions and agencies across the United States and Canada. We are not an escort agency, we do not employ or represent any advertiser, and we do not arrange, broker, negotiate or take part in any booking, meeting or transaction between users and advertisers.

2. Age and eligibility

The Site contains adult-oriented material. By accessing it you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (19 in several Canadian provinces and some U.S. states), whichever is higher; that viewing sexually explicit content is legal where you are; and that you are not accessing the Site from a place where adult content is prohibited. You are solely responsible for knowing and obeying the laws that apply to you.

3. The Site is a platform only

All listings are created and controlled by the advertisers themselves. BaddieHour does not author, verify the truth of, or endorse any listing, photo, rate, review or claim, except where a profile carries a “Verified” marker, which reflects only a basic identity/photo check and is not a guarantee of anything else. We are not responsible for the conduct, legality, safety, quality or outcome of any service, communication or meeting arranged between a user and an advertiser. Any dealings are strictly between those parties, at their own risk.

4. Advertiser responsibilities

If you post a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• you are of legal age and legally permitted to offer the services you advertise;
• every person depicted in your content was of legal age at the time of depiction and consented to the use of their image;
• you own or have the rights to all text and images you upload, and they do not infringe anyone’s rights;
• your content and services comply with all applicable laws, and do not involve human trafficking, coercion, minors, or any non-consensual or otherwise illegal activity;
• all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

You are solely responsible for your listing and everything you do through your account.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Site to post or do anything that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful, including (without limitation): content depicting or involving minors; trafficking or coercion; stolen, fake or AI-misrepresented photos; impersonation; spam; malware; scraping or automated data collection; or any attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security. We may remove any content and suspend any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

6. Moderation and removal

We review listings and may edit, decline, hold or remove any content, and may remove outdated or inactive listings to keep the Site current. We are not obligated to publish or keep any listing, and removal does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly stated.

7. Advertising fees and payments

Creating a listing may be free or paid depending on the option chosen. Paid placements (for example Featured positioning) are billed as described on our advertising pages, and payments are handled in cryptocurrency through third-party processors. Paid placements are for a fixed period and, unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the placement has gone live. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, branding, logos and software are owned by BaddieHour and protected by law. By uploading content you grant BaddieHour a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and promote that content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Site. You keep ownership of your own content.

9. Third-party links and banners

The Site may link to or display banners for third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites, their content or their practices. Following them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaddieHour and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site, any listing, or any interaction with an advertiser or user. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaddieHour and its operators from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Site, or your breach of these Terms or any law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access or any listing at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnity) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
